  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking details once it ships.

 

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping (Optional): Available at checkout for faster delivery where applicable.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays.

 

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders.

  • Expedited or international shipping rates (if offered) are calculated at checkout.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.

  • If you don’t receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact support@bravohealth.shop.

 

Incorrect or Lost Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Bravo is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

 

International Shipping (Optional Section)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees determined by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility.
